Customer service is our
number one priority and we try to answer all emails within 1 business

system, and order data. Our online ordering is secure, using the
vast encryption capabilities of Yahoo!
Ordering
For a "Best Fit"
hat, please send us your exact head measurement in the "Comments"
section of the secure order form when ordering your hat. Our staff
will make sure you get the best fit hat. Use the "Hat Size"
chart from the button selections on the left bar.
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within the first 30 days, but
only with a VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER; if you need to return an
item, please call us at 928-308-4475 or e-mail us at ultimatehats@yahoo.com.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
AZ and FL residents pay sales
tax.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong
order, we will gladly exchange the hat at no charge. If you need to exchange
the hat due to a wrong size you may be charged an additional shipping
fee for the exchange. Please make sure to measure your head accurately
for the correct size. best option when ordering is to send us your
head measurement (see "Hat Size" screen) in the "Comments"
section of the secure order form, and we'll make sure to send you the
correct size hat or cap.
Returns
Returns will be charged
an additional $3.00, and in the case of hats, there is a 15% restocking
fee for hats returned with knots untied, items with no labels or not in
original boxes.
Shipping
Shipping is $8.50 for the
1st Item and $2.00 for each additional item to the same address in the
same box. Two day delivery is a flat $18.00 for the first item.
Call for Overnight and Saturday delivery rates. Typical shipping
times for products are 1-3 days in the shipping department plus 3-5 days
for UPS Ground, with the exception of Vests which normally ship within
2-3 weeks.
Customers will be sent
a confirmation and order tracking email when the order has been shipped. |
